Reading this book takes you on quite a voyage in your own imagination, I was constantly having to go back and reread sections that Id realised that I hadnt taken in at all.  This wasnt down to a poor writing style but because my mind had gone off, whirling on a tangent triggered by some thought provoking piece of advice.
